What characteristics to look out for in selecting property.
Is the property,
1. along or near the fence? … may have security issues
2. facing main street and on a low floor?… is noisy
3. facing west/afternoon sun?… is hot
4. top floor units?… is hot and may have leaks
Try to ask the agent what is the owner engaged in. Do you feel the negotiations are difficult? If so, you may like to look for another property.
